Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between Layer Technology Group Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as AuthorityFlow ("AuthorityFlow", "we", "us"), and the business that signs up for our services ("you"). Our address for notices is Layer Technology Group, 13446 Poway Road #405, Poway, CA 92064. You accept these terms when you tick the terms box at checkout.

2. Our services

We provide the AuthorityFlow plan for one business at one location:

  • Website. We rebuild your website and then manage it: design, build, page edits, speed and technical upkeep.
  • SEO and local SEO. On-site and technical SEO, and your Google Business Profile for one location.
  • Content and social. Up to 1 blog post and 3 social media posts per week. Unused posts do not roll over.
  • Reporting. One written report each month.

The plan does not include ad management, email or SMS marketing, live video, more than one location, e-commerce stores, printing, or any other work. We quote extra work separately, and it starts only when we both agree in writing.

3. Fees and billing

You pay the monthly fee shown at checkout, in advance, by card or ACH bank payment. The first payment is taken on the day you sign up, and each later payment on the same day of each month. Fees do not include any tax that applies.

You pay other providers directly for your hosting, domain, ad spend, and any paid tool or stock you ask us to use.

If a payment fails, our payment processor retries it and emails you. If a payment is still unpaid 7 days after it was due, we may pause work until it is paid. We may change the monthly fee by giving you 30 days' notice by email.

4. Term and cancellation

The service runs month to month. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipts, or by emailing us. We can end the service at any time by emailing you. In either case, the service continues to the end of the month you have paid for, and then stops. We do not refund part months.

We may also end the service at once if you do not pay, or if you break these terms and do not fix it within 10 days of our notice.

5. Your responsibilities

You give us the information, access and approvals we need, on time. You confirm that the material you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for delays caused by late information, access or approvals.

6. How we work

AI agents do most of the work, under the direction of AuthorityFlow staff. Our staff set the direction and review the work at checkpoints.

7. What you own

You own your website, its content, your domain, your hosting account, your Google Business Profile and your ad and analytics accounts. These accounts are opened in your name, and you give us access to them. We keep our own tools, templates and methods. Third-party items such as fonts, plugins and stock images stay under their own licences.

8. Hosting

We build your website on our hosting. When it is ready to launch, you open your own hosting account as we direct and give us access. Your website then runs in your account, and you pay the host directly.

9. No guarantee of results

Search engines and other platforms decide rankings and reach. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, leads, sales or other result.

10. Confidentiality and your data

We keep your non-public information confidential. We use it only to provide the services, and we share it only with the providers we use to deliver them, including AI providers, under terms that protect it. Do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or payment card details, unless we agree first. Our privacy policy on authorityflow.com explains how we handle personal data.

11. Limit of liability

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, or where the law does not allow them.

12. When the service ends

When the service ends, we stop work and hand over: admin access and files for your website, and access to the accounts you own. If your website still runs on our hosting, we move it to your hosting account, or give you a complete copy, within 30 days. We then remove our access to your accounts and delete your confidential information within 90 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

13. Governing law

California law governs these terms. Any dispute is decided in the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California.

14. Changes and notices

We may update these terms. We email you at least 30 days before a material change applies, and the "last updated" date above shows the current version. We send notices to the email address you gave at checkout. You send notices to our support email or our notice address above. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the services.
